LPT-4 Experimental System for LC Electro-Optic Effect
Experiments
1. Verify the Marius law of optics;
2. Master the basic working principles of liquid crystal light switches;
3. Measure the electro-optic characteristic curve of the liquid crystal optical switch, and obtain the threshold voltage and turn off voltage of the liquid crystal from the electro-optic characteristic curve;
4. When the driving voltage changes periodically, the time response curve of the liquid crystal optical switch is measured, and the rising time and Fall time of the liquid crystal are obtained from the time response curve;
5. Measure the contrast of liquid crystal light switches under different viewing angles to understand the working conditions of liquid crystal light switches.
